The Not-So-Subtle Shoe Trend of 2024

The Not-So-Subtle Shoe Trend of 2024

We noted in our Feb blog how women took to the streets in their floaty frocks and linen trousers paired with leather metallic footwear. The trend has continued through winter and shows no signs of fading for Summer. They are versatile and elevate your look making them a very easy addition to your wardrobe. It will be the pair that you reach for time and time again.

Like jewellery, women gravitate towards a favourite metal so we have 3 much loved metallics available across our collection, Gold, Silver and Lead. New this Spring is Pewter. Most women are either silver or gold, but Pewter seems to be an easy wear for everyone. It really goes with anything. We love our new Grecian inspired sandal 12706 in Pewter.

The fab thing about metallic footwear is that it ALWAYS dresses you up. Light Denim and metal are a beautiful Spring look and when you add a metallic heel, white linen shirt, and some jewels, you are ready for a posh night out. Heck, I’ve even seen a woman rocking metallic sandals with her jogger sweats at a ladies lunch. The point is, a metallic sandal will joosh up your wardrobe instantly.

If you love a heel with some Extra, we have 2 new metallic heels that are red carpet worthy, 12677 in Lead and 12676 in Silver.

If you are not a heel gal, we have a new silver sneaker that will knock your socks off. I can’t tell you how they lift my outfits without fail. Every. Single. Time. It is my new neutral because it truly goes with anything.

Regardless of who you are, it’s time to shine!
