Welcome to the Froggie Delivery and Return guide! We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them, so please review the delivery and return information below to help guide you. Orders over R2000 qualify for free delivery within South Africa. For orders under R2000 a delivery fee of R120 will be charged. If you live in an outlying area or on a farm there may be an additional fee which will be confirmed with you before your purchase is made.
All orders will be delivered Monday - Friday. Orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
Delivery times are between 5 - 7 days but may vary according to area.
Courier service used is RAM. The service area includes:
CBD and greater Johannesburg and Pretoria regions, including (but not limited to) Witbank, Krugersdorp, Soweto, Springs, Vereeniging, and Heidelberg.
We also deliver nationally to Polokwane, Klerksdorp, Bloemfontein and Rustenburg.
We cover most areas in Cape Town, Durban, Natal North and South Coast, Richards Bay, Knysna, George, East London and Port Elizabeth.
We do deliver internationally, however there is a charge irrelevant of purchase amount, once your order is received the Online team, will get a quote from our courier company and communicate with you directly.
Once we send your purchase, we will email you a confirmation with the courier details and a tracking number. No Charge on size exchanges in same style.
